Made from polyester spandex, dye sublimation printed to include the event’s logo, sponsor’s logos, a unique identification number and sometimes the participant’s name. It makes it easier for event organizers, medical staff and volunteers to identify participants.
For some participants, the race pinnie serves as a souvenir of their achievement. A physical reminder of the event and the hard work they put into their training and race day.
